"We had a wonderful stay at Aksaray Hotel. The hotel itself and the surrounding views were absolutely beautiful. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the outstanding staff.
Ayu was especially kind and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. She organized everything quickly and perfectly, making sure we had the best experience possible. It truly felt like a real friend was taking care of us. Thanks to her, our trip was smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free.

"This place was gorgeous and truly the best place we stayed in Bali. The room is incredible, with a private infinity pool and beautiful views of the jungle and valley. Tons of birdwatching and monkeys in the distance. Staff were kind and responsive and friendly. We loved it. The massages at the spa were amazing, and the resort even had an Indian restaurant! My partner is Indian and said the food was so excellent. Overall would 100% return for a longer stay."

"This was such a unique place to stay! The owners were really sweet. The meals tho simple, were very delicious. I’m not gonna lie, I thought it was closer to ubud when I booked, it was quite a distance. I don’t regret it, it was quiet and really awesome. We rode bikes into the village and to the waterfall. Would definitely stay again. "
"The villa is so remote area far from ubud town driving have to take twenty minutes to reach. facilitie a bit old furniture and electrical appliances must replace hygiene towel and bedsheets not in white colour is time to change."

"Amazing food and service. Beautiful property. Rooms very clean. breakfast buffet was the best I have ever experienced. Go all inclusive because you get so much food and drink. Right by the beach but it is quite over run with shack bars. The day trip taxi service provided was amazing! Saw so much of the island in one day. "

"The hotel/resort lobby is modern and clean. Pool is spacious. Gym sufficient to get a quick workout in. Concierge team is helpful in booking tours and renting motorbikes and suggesting nearby restaurants; glad to hear their recommendations. Breakfast was great with so much variety to choose from and tasty- that deserves praise. Room flooring may not be the most modern, but all the equipment works well and maintained. Very comfortable bedding and good air conditioning. Ema from front desk was helpful and patient with our inquiries- shoutout to her. "
"We loved the overall experience and in particular the sustainability aspect of the hotel and the educational program that they offered for guests are great for everyone. It is truly inspiring to see the great potential that we can achieve if we can have more communities like potato head! "
"All the staff were incredible and we felt very looked after. Rooms were lovely as were the pools. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet as well
The only negative was the dining choices. One restaurant which food was good but would have preferred some more casual snack items. This was also quite expensive.
Most days or evenings we got in a taxi and went to independent restaurants of which there are loads around. This was a great why to get out and see places and try new restaurants.
Location was ideal for us and felt secluded, safe and private when on the grounds. We liked being away from the busy areas and was happy to take taxis to these areas when needed.

"The room was beautiful and clean with a large bed. Modern fitout and well maintained. Minibar was restocked daily with 2 waters and 4 cool drinks. Great wifi speed and staff were friendly and very helpful.
Breakfast daily was great quality and had a good variety of options. We will definitely stay here again. "
