"I booked my stay at this hotel through Expedia. When I checked in I was told that I hadn’t prepaid through Expedia. Because I was tired after a long day, I paid as requested by the hotel . Through Expedia I requested this double payment to be returned. Over a week later I’m still waiting."

"Once we arrived there, we found that the hotel was closed because of the strike. No explanation in advance. We had to book other hotel suddenly and we couldn't have a choice but to stay at a hotel that is far away. We can't believe it and we don't recommend all of you to stay here."
