"Elegant and calm with exceptional staff "

"Excellent hotel located within short tuk-tuk to central SR. Great food, amenities and support staff taking care of everything. Absolute star of the resort is Nora, provided top rate service in everything she did, from bookings, reservations and overall customer care. Only negative is noise along any floors of the resort in the mornings. Wooden floors stomping & inconsiderate hotel guests, unable to close balcony or room doors normally, instead of reverberating noise of locks clanging for 4th time until they realise how to unlock a door, as they leave for 6am Temple Tours. The pain is real."

"We had a great stay at Borei Angkor Resort & Spa. Room was good size, clean, comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice with good shower pressure and hot water. Breakfast was amazing with many western and local food choices. Staff were attentive and helpful. Pool area was inviting and clean. Hotel is 10 minutes tuk tuk ride to the Angkor Watt temple, pub street and night market. We will definitely stay here again."

"Our stay at Saem Siem Reap was the best service we’ve ever experienced! We felt so taken care of and cared for by the staff who were always checking in with us and happy to help with anything we needed. The rooms were extremely clean, in good condition and very comfortable. We arranged for a driver through the hotel to Angkor Wat temples for the day which was very affordable. The driver provided a cool towel and bottle of water after each stop, and transported us in a very clean air conditioned vehicle to our next stop. He also dropped us off at a delicious local restaurant for excellent Cambodian food. We also thoroughly enjoyed the drives to and from the airport with friendly and informative guides. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, we will certainly be back and recommend to everyone we know. The Cambodian hospitality we felt really made our trip memorable."

"Great stay at Sofitel for family of three. Staff were fantastic everywhere we went in the hotel. Concierge was great help in organizing tours of Ang Kor Wat etc. and shorter local trips that we went ourselves. Swimming pool was large and never crowded. Front desk always friendly. Great internet. Short distances to 7-11 and to markets. We are 150 km from the Thai border war and never felt unsafe. It did affect the number of tourists so everywhere is not crowded even in December (peak season). Paid for Club access and had free breakfast, drinks and evening meal (at Club Millesime) - good value for money. Breakfast buffet had so much choices and never had to wait long for tables. Staff so efficient and always friendly. Special thanks to the staff at Club Millesime - always wonderful every evening. "
