Spotlessly clean, safe, well decorated, beautiful rooms, swimming pool, exercise room, sauna, steam room, spa on location, and a great buffet breakfast. Restaurant there was wonderful. The staff is beyond excellent. Phanit drive us from airport to hotel. Great guy. All the staff, and I mean all the staff, every single one, was excellent!!!! Well located only 10 minutes by tuk tuk to downtown area. This is a beautiful hotel. We want to return for a much longer stay, and will when we decide the time. Management was super great. "The room I originally booked they advised me during check in that it was full. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose. I asked for a refund of the difference and they told me they couldn’t and offered other services instead. It’s a bit hard to believe that a hotel has overbooked when everything was done online and the fact I couldn’t get a refund for the difference. I had a nice time here and the staff was really nice but I’m also not sure if I got scammed or not. The area of the hotel was not so great as it was far from any shops or restaurants. If I was to do this trip again I would have preferred to find a hotel closer to walking street where the restaurant and night market is as we went there every night after the temples to grab dinner. "
