Jade was especially helpful at the front desk, and made our stay seamless. The valet professionals were very kind and welcoming. "Property and room were very nice. Honestly had zero complaints at all! Surrounding area was walkable and safe, with shops and restaurants within a few blocks. Close to Katy trail, a busy path for walkers and runners. Highly recommend!"

"I’ve been to the Adolphus many times ! It’s one of my favorite hotels in Dallas , this time I had a big incident happen on the escalator, I was about to fall to try to save my high heels, unfortunately it got stuck and it destroyed it. A gentleman ( I believe he was q manager) approached us and instead of stopping the escalator he tried to take the shoe out but it got worse . I asked him a few times to stop the escalator, until he finally did , but it was too late. He did not apologize, he said...
