"The hotel was in a perfect location, adjacent to the American Airlines Center. It's in a very walkable area (be prepared for office building construction) with lots of restaurant choices and parking around the hotel. The employees throughout the hotel (reception, concierge services, luggage and parking assistance, the hotel's restaurant managers and waitstaff were all helpful, friendly, knowledgable, and quite accommodating. The room was very comfortably sized with plenty of storage and lots of light coming in through the very large picture windows. We plan on coming back and staying again."

"Perfect location for anyone attending the Midevil Times venue. We walked! Room was clean…nice selection for breakfast. Didn’t get to try the Monkey Bar on the 9th floor, but heard it’s pretty nice. Only complaint was noise from freeway, but that was to be expected given how close we were to it. "

"Toilets didn’t work, no servicing, lobby restrooms filthy, coffee shop attached was garbage. The staff didn’t care no customer service. "
