"We are very glad we chose this hotel for our last night before flying back to America. Excellent location for that purpose. Their free busshuttle took us on time to the Narita airport 20 min away. The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable: label buffet with good quality coffee, meats, fruits, vegetables, 3-4 kinds of miso, rice, desserts, liquors, variety of milks, cereals, yogurt, excelente tomato juice and other juices. Room comfy with pjs. Bathroom had mild smell and you could see dark rim at the foot of toilet indicating poor scrubbing. That’s my only complaint. It seem like the hotel had glorious times in the past. It has beautiful facilities but it needs better care. The pool is empty and it show cracks. The big Japanese garden with cascade and koi fish is a pleasant retreat and relaxing walking place. The inner courts are beautiful and clean with several meeting rooms, banquet hall, several areas with couches to rest, and even small office with printers, etc. all areas are quiet and the staff is always attentive. I was told they even have a manicure salon in the hotel. Our flight was in the afternoon, so we requested an extended stay and they extended till 2 pm for about $16/hour. We stayed 1 night, couldn’t see/use much more of their accommodation. We’re very grateful to a lady at the breakfast buffet very sweet and generous. Definitely we’ll stay here again, and hope they pay more att to bathroom in rooms and overall recuperate past glory. "

"Excellent accommodations, breakfast was great, the room was spacious and very comfortable. So handy having a 24/7 family mart. We arrived very late at night and we could buy food and water."

"Great friendly staff. Facilities are dated, but rooms are large. We had a cleanliness problem with our bedding, but it was replaced quickly. Beds are very hard but pillows were good."

"They had breakfast buffet. Also have shops and restaurants around the hotel. There was Aeon department store with 100 yen shops as well. Free bus shuttle service to the Narita airport. Narita train station was also near by to walk there if you didn’t have any heavy suitcases."

"Wonderful staff and breakfast, but the beds themselves were very firm. Too firm for my husband and I. Complimentary Breakfast though was top notch. Great buffet w rice and curry, yogurt, breads and pastries, and more"

"Nice place, I the stranger, not for once learned more language. Thus my cultural error. Staff unable or unwilling to scan it assist scanning a document from Australia. Left cleaning staff a bottle of Australian wine."
