"非常棒的位置，服务和设施。服务一流。无论是Villa的接待人员还是滑雪场的工作人员态度都非常好，非常客气。前台的妹子都很漂亮，还兼当司机，有什么问题都非常耐心的回答，有一次电话里沟通不清还特地跑到别墅当面给我示范。租赁滑雪装备时工作人员也非常耐心的给我们一件件试穿，还主动叫车送我们回别墅。住villa的客人在度假村内无论去哪都可以叫专车接送，去车站和购物中心也有专车接送，其实距离也不远，后面都不好意思麻烦他们了，自己走过去。别墅非常温馨舒适，房间也大，我们一层楼别墅住6大1小也没觉的局促。滑完雪泡个温泉，到服务中心喝个免费下午茶，再回到别墅点起个火炉坐在摇椅上简直是神仙般的享受。唯一觉得差点的就是温泉的设施，进门就要脱鞋，一路赤脚走到二楼，更衣室地板都有水，不是很干净，也没有按摩椅，和专门的温泉酒店还是有差距，但也算不错了"

"The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family.
The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club.
Location wise is quite a challenge.
Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people. "
