No shuttle to Narita Station. Was on the smokers floor and room. Dont smoke and it wasn't a very pleasant smell. Im not a smoker and they couldnt change my room. There is a shuttle to Narita Airport and the cost of the hotel was awesome and cheap. Close to shops and Amenities. I didn't add breakfast menu when booking accommodation, but you can purchase a breakfast sitting at the main reception. Has a convenience store call family mart down stairs where you can buy food etc. Didn't watch TV as I don't understand Japanese. The staff are great as per the Japanese people, very polite and respectful and basically go about there own life. Apart from the smokers floor i enjoyed my stay very much.

Free shuttle to and from the airport. Shuttle available to surrounding shopping and points of interest. Beds were very omfortable and a good height. Convenient buffet breakfast with lots to choose from
