"An amazing location to explore old town Istanbul and a very nice hotel and room. The staff were great helping us out. In particular, on the day we arrived after 11 hours on the night bus the lovely man on reception arranged for the room to be made available 30 minutes early and served us tea and coffee whilst the room was being made up. He was great! The cleaning lady was lovely and friendly and did a great job."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Location, Comfortable Stay & Wonderful Service We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Bosphorus for 9 nights in August 2026. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. The location is excellent—close to trams and ferries, and situated on a lively street with easy access to plenty of restaurants and nightlife. We also felt very safe throughout our stay, with a police station conveniently located next door. The staff was always prompt, courteous, and helpful, and the customer service was excellent. Our bed was extremely comfortable, and having one and a half bathrooms in the room was a surprise that we absolutely loved! Despite being in such a lively area, the room was very well insulated, and we did not hear a thing from outside. This made for wonderfully peaceful nights and great sleep after long days of exploring beautiful Istanbul. If you’re planning a trip to Istanbul, make Novotel Bosphorus your hotel of choice. The location, comfort, service, and convenience made our stay truly enjoyable. A big thank you to all the staff for your hospitality and for helping make our trip to Istanbul such a memorable one. We would happily stay here again!"

"The location is good because everything is walkable to most places we want to go. To get to the other side of Cross, the gelato bridge is about a 28-minute walk from the hotel. It's also easy to get a taxi around the hotel. If there is no traffic, taking a taxi to your destination is reasonably priced, but make sure to run the meter and not agree to a flat rate. They can overcharge you by 200-300 lira."
