Apparenly furniture isnt moved to vacuum. Moved recliner and found a hat from a previous occupant. Also found dirty comb on the batheroom floor as we were making sure we didnt miss anything in our packing. YUCK.
Tey front desk lady was as sweet as she could be. The problem was when we walked in the room, about 25 hugs were running all around the kitchen counter. The glass in the bathroom had a cover top but was dirty woth white toothpaste remnant in the bottom and there were 3 dried pasta noodles in one of the kitchen drawers. We were driving for 2 days straight and arrived at midnight and left at 5 am. Beds were clean as was the shower but I would probably book somewhere else next time

worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
Well they did t have the room we wanted due to plumbing problems so they gave us a room with a queen bed instead of a king. We went down and told them so they “upgraded” to a suite with the ac in front room and nothing in bedroom. It was very hot and we had to go buy a fan just to stay cool. The bed was very hard like they went to a mattress store and bought a $200 mattress and called it luxury. We will never stay at that hotel again it was very disappointing.
Nice large room. Refrigerator was nice. Check in staff was very friendly.

Front desk guy didn’t seem to know what he was doing. Lady who came to help him REEKED of smoke. Charged my regular card initially even after telling them it was an Orbitz reservation. Claimed it would come off. I’m sure I’ll have to call. Hotel didn’t look like it had been upgraded in 20+ years. Now I know why I never stay at IHG properties. They give franchises to anybody apparently.
We found our room to be clean, comfortable, clean and was so much more than we expected. They do need more parking that is easier to navigate. Everyone was friendly and very helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone!

The previous occupant of this room left behind several of his credit cards, blank checks, and a large vape cartridge on the kitchenette counter. Made me wonder about the overall cleaning of the unit.
Office staff was just so-so, not particularly friendly or helpful during a couple of interactions. I had just come from a 3 day stay at the Candlewood Suites in Lenexa and the difference was amazing. The Lenexa staff were so friendly and helpful in comparison to the Airport staff. And the Lenexa unit was obviously newer and in better repair.
We usually stay here when we are visiting our son in Kansas City. The beds are comfortable and the room is clean. This stay the room was not as expected. Hair was on the bathroom counter and in the shower. They have shampoo, conditioner and body soap in dispenser bottles in the shower which I like using over the little bottles. The problem was that the only bottle that had anything in it was the shampoo so no conditioner or body soap. Made for a bad morning. I told someone at the front desk and he promptly apologized and offered to send someone to the room which we declined since had already showered. My

Close to MCI, shuttle service, helpful and friendly staff, very nice room. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed the night prior to a flight. The shuttle took us to the airport and picked us up! The room was nice and the people friendly!

A fine, budget stay.
We booked through Hotels.com and paid extra because we wanted two rooms. Main goal with two rooms was that we would have a sofa to relax on while in the room. When we checked in, we were given a one room suite that had no sofa. The person at the front desk said that it was because we booked at Hotels.com and they randomly assign rooms. She checked, and all two-room suites were booked - so we didn't get a two room suite.
The room that we were in had a little table, but no chairs. For sitting, we pulled the table over to the bed and sat on that.
For silverware, the room had one spoon and one fork.
Overall, though, the room was clean and comfortable. It was in better condition than I had expected. The hotel itself was quiet overnight - and we slept well.
I thought the hotel had a breakfast, but, no breakfast offered.
The kitchen and bathroom both had cockroaches. The nice thing is that they were small, and we saw them before nighttime, so we could make sure all food was sealed and away. While we weren't thrilled about the bugs, we would rather have had them present then be in the room the next day after the exterminator would show up and spray chemicals in the room.
Overall, we were comfortable and "made do". I was disappointed with Hotels.com (getting wrong room). It would have also been nice if the hotel would have offered to comp us something due to the cockroaches and the lack of furniture in the room. Oh, well.
When we arrived the clerk could not find our reservation. Finally he found it and gave us our keys. We entered the room and someone was in our room. Quiet a shock at 1 am. for us and the people who had the room.
Staff were exceptionally customer focused. I don't think I've received better service.

I was charged by Expedia AND charged by the property for my stay. When I contacted the property to remedy the situation, I was told it would be taken care of. When the charge was still showing up on my bank statement, I called the property again to follow-up and verify it was truly taken care of. When I called the second time, I was told that they couldn’t do anything for me. The woman I spoke to told me that she didn’t care what charges my account showed, she would not refund the amount that my statement was showing, despite me attempting to bring in my bank statement to show her proof. So, I paid $400 for a hotel which was definitely NOT even worth the amount I had already paid through Expedia. Maybe if I had a great stay with a nice room and great customer service, I would be more understanding, but I am furious, to be honest!
