"Very friendly reception, excellent service, clean and comfortable chalet, towels , working aircond.quick check in and checkout, very helpful reception and accommodating . Wi-Fi was slow and tv no reception but who watches tv nowadays. "When I wanted to check-in, the receptionist said my name is not in the list for today's guest. Well, obviously the mistake was on the hotel side. Took her 30 mins to get confirmation from the hotel manager/owner about my booking. And luckily there is still one room available. So my advice the hotel management: Be more organize in handling customer booking via online."
