We had a wonderful stay at Paya Bunga. One of its standout features is its incredibly convenient location. Situated right in the heart of the city, the hotel is close to major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly and accommodating.

Hotel provided efficient check in and late check out and breakfast was good. At one point I requested conditioner for the room and was told they would bring it but never did and I also noticed the floor was a bit sticky in the room. Other than that a very good hotel, good parking available and a good value place to stay in KT.

Excellent location - in town centre, near many eateries and bus terminal. Cable TV, swimming pool and gym available. Unfortunately need to be in full swim suit (all cover up) if wants to swim in pool - including male guests.

Decent hotel in good location. Stay away from superior windowless rooms if you can — dark, weird smell, partly dirty and we were also next to elevator shaft and kept awake until 2am and then again at 4am by loud elevator sounds.

Like it... all are good. Near the bus terminal, pasar payang n shopping area. It's same building with UTC. Lobby at ground floor. Free carpark at level 6 only. Good Breakfast. Muslim friendly hotel.
