"The hostel has vintage interior design and the place is cosy and tidy. It locates near the major sightseeing points, IG-able coffee shops and great local food eateries. "Convenient, clean and spacious room. The only thing that is somewhat strange is the bathroom and toilet sliding door. Both bathroom and toilet are separated side by side but they share the sliding door. This means when one is using the bathroom, no one could use the toilet as the door is on the other side. "

"We booked this hotel because its near to kuala kedah jetty about 15-20 min by car. We are really satisfied with the room and the staff really helpful. We stayed only for 1 night before we transit to langkawi island early morning the next day. Clean hotel since guests need to take off shoes outside main door or in the locker they prepared. Nice hotel and recommended place to stay for transit!"

"A very pleasant 2 day stay at the hotel. The room allocated was spacious, clean and comfortable. I used the gym and swimming facilities and both were good. I used the hotel for breakfast and for evening meals and both were very good with a wide range of selection. All of the staff I encountered were very friendly and courteous. The main tourist sites within the city were only 15 minutes drive away or 12 Ringgit (£2) by taxi. "
