"Overall, a great stay and value for money. Just some notes to look into. Parts of the hotel is still undergoing reno but most of it is done. The gym is awesome although there are several dead wifi spots in the gym, eg at all the treadmills area and so u wont’ be able to tune in to your earphones/radio while using the treadmill (similar in the weights section). Airflow seems to still be a problem. Some parts of the gym is HOT, eg treadmill area. The shower area is great, however last cubicle has a drainage problem, water will not flow/clogged in the stall, and the other cubicle, the shower head is broken. A real pity, cos it looks like a very newly renovated gym space and if not taken care of or if the build quality is an issue, then the property will very quickly deteriorate. Great sauna & steam! Lounge access was great and friendly. I had a super pet peeve when my key access was a problem on checkout day itself before noon and I was unable to get back into my room. I’ve arranged for late check out during my check in so unsure whether it is a key problem or a system issue and it is ALWAYS frustrating to be locked out and having to go to the front desk to “beg” for access back. Also even if there was no late check-out activated yet (which is already unforgivable), it was before noon and also not official check-out time as yet (double unforgivable)! Pool and its surroundings were super pleasant and very well-kept, including the sanitary facilities. "

"The hotel is very close to the Sunway Lagoon waterpark which is the main reason we selected this hotel. It is also very right next to the Sunway Pyramid mall so very close to shopping and dining. There was some confusion with room booking and I had to upgrade ours to the family room to ensure we get 2 double bed. I suggest to ensure webpage does not allow the wrong selection since it is not a good feeling to have to pay more once you get there. The family room is quite nice. They provided robes and slippers for kids as well and they also have bath soap for kids. My one complain is they do not refresh the water bottles they provided which doesn’t make sense to me. I get that I might not get more bottles per day but since I am staying multiple nights, they should refresh daily. "

"A beautiful property overlooking the nearby park and with a view of the distant KL skyline. Super convenient with IOI City Mall just down the road. We are a family with a toddler and found the swimming pool and mini water park very enjoyable. The room looks newly refurbished, we loved how spacious it was and the small table and seating sofa which was a cosy space for our toddler to play her toys on. The only thing was that the entryway was a bit narrow so pushing luggage and a stroller through was tight. Breakfast had a wide selection, I particularly enjoyed the salad section and sweet treats available. The omelette is one of the tastiest in a hotel I've had. Overall a very enjoyable stay!"
