"Homeless right across the street, very run down property and worst of all my room smelled like smoke. I am very sensitive to smoke smells and cigarette and even worse marijuana gave me a headache during my stay. Even my clothes smelled. The room was not clean, hair was in the sink and shower, found a couple bugs crawling around, cracked walls, very poor condition on the tub, but the bed was comfortable. I was nervous leaving my car out, but thankfully it was not broken into. Probalby the worst of all hotels I have ever stayed and I book about 100 nights a year for many years. If that gives you any idea. I would stay away."

"I was given an "upgrade" from a two-queen room to a king suite with a king bed and a fold-out bed. I was told blankets and pillows would be delivered so the fold-out would be usable, which, by the way, would require moving furniture to do so. I followed up on blankets/pillows three times, and finally, at midnight, I gave up. The "upgrade" was a lie, and I ended up paying over $400 for a space that was, for all intents and purposes, unusable. Add to that the fact that the entire lobby looked like it had been hit by a tornado, and the extremely rude staff. I will definitely not book there again, which is unfortunate because the location is ideal. "
