They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. "Convenient to get to Merode. Unfortunately we stayed the night there was a large group also staying and there was a lot of noise. We were also mostly unable to use the kitchen because the group that was staying kind of took it over. Parking and access was a bit tricky, as another guest had parked in two spots, so we had to find a place a few blocks away. The keypad for the door was a bit sensitive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable."

"Just checked out today! Mercure Koln West Hotel exceeded my expectations. Front office staff had been precise and helpful arranging room on my request. Room and toilet are clean. Although bedsheet not change but can understand on reducing waste. On breakfast, nice cosy embience and F&B staff are hardworking and friendly. Food are great!
