"I found the hotel very clean and tidy, with interiors recently refurbished, in particular the bathrooms were equipped with newest facilities. The bed was very comfortable, I had a great sleeping experience and above all, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had many features that you'd normally find in a 5 star hotel. They don´t speak other than germany and we did not manage to get anybody answering the phone. "Just checked out today! Mercure Koln West Hotel exceeded my expectations. Front office staff had been precise and helpful arranging room on my request. Room and toilet are clean.
