Refuse refund deposit
Overall room was average. Owner ask us to pay RM50 for deposit, he said he will be refund during check out day. During the check out day, owner refuse to refund the deposit and he said that the RM50 is for cleaning fee. I had checked the t&c of my booking that there is no other charges for my stay which need to pay additional RM50 for cleaning fee. I feel that the owner had cheated is the RM50. Kindly help us to get back the deposit.
