"An amazing find!"

"I’ll take the hit for not better preparing myself for the terrible parking situation. For those that haven’t been in downtown San Francisco in a while it’s as disgusting and urine filled as ever. I wasn’t excited about the $40 tourism charge upon check-in even though I had prepaid on Expedia. And the staff said that it was a $20 overnight parking fee…… It was over double that…… the room was clean for the most part except underneath the bed was absolutely disgusting, and I only knew about that because one of my kids toys rolled underneath there. The continental breakfast was absolutely terrible. If you show up anytime after eight, don’t expect there to be anything. I do not recommend anybody stay here."

"Area outside the hotel is a disaster. The Mission is a great place to spend time. Plenty of options for coffee houses, restaurants, and bars. However, the area just in front of the hotel is full of people loitering."

"Central location, old style Pensione Hotel, Cental bathroom and that's ok. It's all about location! You're on Market Street close to everything you need. Parking is simple but park off Market OR you might get towed. Park and walk. Grab rooms towards the back. Less streetlight glare and street noise. "

"This is the worst hotel listed in daily city. My building burned about a week ago and I was desperate looking for a place to stay with my family and I came across Mylo hotel. I booked three nights. One hour after I booked this hotel I received a call from HSA saying that they were going to help us so I went to the hotel and explain my situation but because I booked though Expedia the hotel told me that I had to talk to them. So I called Expedia and they were so nice to try to help me but the hotel didn’t wanted to help me. I just went to the hotel and they refuse to help me. I told them this was a hard situation for me. I have two kids one that is 9 years old and one that is 7 and I explain we need led that money to eat. Any good heart person that can be sensitive to situations like this in life would understand how hard is to be homeless with two small children and the uncertainty and the stress that a house fire causes. I am devastated from the heartless responses I received from the people working at this hotel. I believe the owners because they where in the office doing office work and look like a dad and two sons. I would never come back to this hotel or recommend it to anybody, specially to people in hard situations like mine. "

"It was an older motel but renovated and super close and convenient to where we wanted to go. It felt safe and the little area above the drive way was so cute. My sister and I didn’t get a chance to eat there but we would like to if we stay again. I think it was worth the price, it was surprisingly quiet for being in the city and had really good coffee places and restaurants in the area all within walking distance. The staff was all great and overall felt clean and secure. "

"Basic quick place to stay. Have stayed a few times and it’s a nice quick stopping place. Hated the new check in through a computer"
