Our room was on the third floor and not yet renovated but aside from the bathroom- it wasn’t very noticeable (that the room was outdated). The carpets were old/stained but the furniture and mattress was in good condition. Hotel is pet friendly (with $50 fee) which is very convenient. The grounds of the hotel were kept very clean and well-maintained. There is a grassy field in front of the hotel that is very overgrown it it doesn’t negatively impact the overall look of the hotel. The hotel is well-lit at night and plenty of parking. This is one of the better hotel choices in the area. "
