"We had a wonderful stay at Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt on Avenida Kukulkan. From check-in to departure, the staff consistently impressed us with their friendliness and attentiveness. The resort was very clean and well-maintained, and our room was comfortable and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The beach was one of the highlights—beautifully maintained, with clear blue water and a calm, peaceful setting. We also appreciated the variety of dining options available. The food was consistently good, with plenty of choices across the different restaurants. Overall, we felt the resort offered great value for money. We would definitely consider returning and would recommend it to others looking for a relaxing all-inclusive experience in Cancun. "

"Our stay was at Moon Palace Sunrise with full access to Nizuc and limited access to Grand. Sunrise is very large and very populated. The pool is awesome.The food and entertainment are very good. But there is a need for more "grab and go" fooderies. The staff are all couteous and helpful. "

"There's no swim up bar, however there's one right next to the pool. Gym was decent size and very clean. "

"This was the first all inclusive that didn’t provide any beverages in our refrigerator . We also asked for a certain cocktail during dinners and they said it would be an additional charge . Super disappointed . Also , they never cleaned our room until we called the lobby to request it . The jacuzzi was not even close to hot . It was kind of the same temperature as the pool. And so many more things to complain it . Overall bad experience and would never go back . "

Severely understaffed, slow and disorganized service, and poor customer attention. The food is very low quality, with limited options and endless lines for everything, even the buffet. Several times we couldn’t even get into the restaurants. The beach is full of rocks and seaweed, not what you expect in Cancun. You pay for luxury and get chaos instead. Do not recommend at all. There are much better options for the same price. “Fraude de 5 estrellas” – Ocean Riviera Paradise ⭐ 1/5 – FRAUDE DE 5 ESTRELLAS Este hotel es un engaño total. Lo venden como 5 estrellas, pero la realidad es completamente diferente. Falta de personal en todas las áreas, servicio lento, desorganizado y con muy mala atención. La comida es de pésima calidad, con muy pocas opciones y colas interminables para todo, incluso para el buffet. En varias ocasiones ni siquiera pudimos entrar a los restaurantes. La playa está llena de rocas y algas, nada que ver con lo que uno espera en Cancún. Pagas por lujo y recibes una experiencia caótica. No lo recomiendo para nada. Hay opciones mucho mejores por el mismo precio. "
