"Älteres Hotel, könnte schön sein aber schlecht geführt. Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Personal ist freundlich aber völlig unqualifiziert. Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, v.a. Badfliesen, -fugen. Diverse Einrichtungselemente defekt: Duschhebel, Armaturen, Steckdose, Licht. Reparatur erst am nächsten Tag. Mails werden nicht gelesen, um z.B. auf Allergien (Frühstück) einzugehen. Immerhin am nächsten Tag Entsprechendes besorgt. Trotz vieler Unannehmlichkeiten noch herumdiskutiert wegen...

"This hotel is really clean. I was treated to room service everyday. The spa was beautiful well kept and lots of relaxing seating. They had tea on the go whenever you want. The hotel location suited me because i was visiting my family, but the area is very isolated not much going on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. Very good breakfast, disadvantage is that you have to go outside the hotel to access it. Starts 6.30 though which is perfect for business. Hotel had not regognised the payment from hotels.com so they tried to get paid once more. No problems, they found the payment after a reminder and we got a good receipt for bookkeeping....
