"Staff is great but everything else is"

"This was not a good stay and I am not going back there. I paid extra to stay in Solana rooms (more modern), but upon arrival floor was not clean, there were still gold fibers and dust from previous guests on the floor and , chunks of food and I wasn't aware I will be woken up to drill sounds EVERY MORNING at 8:00am! Second night our car got broken in (self parking on property) and all our shopping items and personal items got stolen, we reported it to security, very little effort to help after the incident. The whole property is very confusing, very few words staff is not helpful, they should give guests clear directions how to get to the rooms or have a map of the property printed out and handed to the guests. Same with the parking: where to park, how much it costs, what receipt to get if you leave and come back, no instructions or explanations anywhere. You have to work and figure it out yourself. Same in the casino. you just walk in the circles to figure out how to even get started... Place is confusing and outdated. And I saw puke on the floor and the wall for 3 hours before someone cleaned it! Never going back there again!!"

"Just not near the boardwalk but that’s not the borgata’s fault Great room Rate value especially compared to local hotels near me Went for the pool ( 2 elementary school aged kids Easter break day trip ) plenty of eating options onsite I like how the hotel was separate from the casino made you scan key card in from the casino and even on the elevator parking was cheap too in the garage elevator close to hotel entrance on casino floor "

" My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. was not clean and felt poorly maintained, which made it uncomfortable to stay in. On top of that, the breakfast was overpriced $24 adult,$12 for kids not worth the cost at all. The quality of the food did not match the price, and there were very limited options. Overall, I expected much better service and cleanliness for what I paid. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again."
