"The best thing about this hotel is the wonderful staff who work here. Every single one I met was friendly, pleasant and helpful, providing excellent customer service . The rooms were lovely and comfortable with clean bedding , providing a good nights sleep with a ceiling fan and also a desk fan provided during this heatwave . The breakfast was excellent. These things far outweighed the only 2 things which could be improved - better instructions on how to find the hotel, it’s main entrance and car park (there were a number of us who had spent a long time trying to find them or ended up in Sainsbury’s car park by mistake) .The other was a bit of floor level dust which our 2 year found in a couple of her hide and seek places ! Overall though this hotel is one of the most enjoyable I’ve ever stayed in"

"Making a relatively last minute booking, is always a worry when you’re limited options. But I can’t say in this case I was extremely happy with the property and the location. Communication from The property was great. I managed to book parking ahead of time and there was plenty of parking space. Took me a few moments to work out which basis to parking, but once I read the instructions it was clear. The property is situating in Lovely location overlooking the water and there is so much to do in very short walking distance. I highly recommend this accommodation, and will definitely look to rebook directly next time I am in Plymouth."
