"The staff was helpful to have called a bellboy for us, as the hotel spans many lots/buildings and there were no elevator to take us to the third floor where we stayed. I believe it was due to undergoing renovation from Jasper Fire in 2024."

"Perfect for our trip to Jasper NP. Cozy cabin in quiet location with easy check in and out. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Camp store was one of the nicer stores with souvenirs. Laundry facilities were good. Drives to Jasper and Maligne Lake were easy and we enjoyed seeing bighorn sheep each drive."

"5 STARS!! This place is beautiful and you will not be disappointed. Sadly we only stayed one night passing through but wish we could have stayed longer to experience more of the resort. They have so much to offer. We had a giant elk right out our back door the evening we arrived. Be sure to stay a few days and explore the grounds."
