No entanto, alguns pontos importantes deixaram a desejar no serviço. Ao chegar, não havia sabonete disponível nem para as mãos nem para o corpo, e mesmo após solicitar, não houve reposição a toalha depois de tirar a que tinha, o que acabou sendo inconveniente durante a estadia. Outro ponto que considerei desagradável foi o fato de terem ficado com o nosso cartão do hotel e não o devolverem. Também enfrentamos dificuldades para entrar em contato com a recepção, já que o telefone do quarto não estava funcionando. Entendo que imprevistos podem acontecer, mas esses itens básicos não deveriam faltar, especialmente quando solicitados. Não se trata de um favor, mas de um padrão esperado de serviço."

The bathrooms are some of the most generous I've seen in any hotel worldwide. I super recommend Rosewood São Paulo to anyone visiting. It's not just a hotel, it's an experience. We will definitely be back."

"The hotel is good pretty very well located and staff is friendly however the size of the room is unaceptable they are ridiculous small no even a closet or little table to place your belonging and luggage bed also extremelly small in reality children beds."
