"The hotel has a very nice pool side and that was the main reason why we have stayed over in the hotel during the last two years. This year during the Carnaval. The hotel staff do their job, but absolutely nothing more, nothing extra for you. Change of rooms is impossible, even when there is availability. It was rather noizy in the morning so sleeping over 08:00 was not possible.The cleaning during the period was rather poor."

"I stayed at Recanto do Arraial for three nights, and I loved my stay! Jaque and the rest of the team, and the pousado's peaceful and beautiful setting, made my stay one to remember. Whether you want to chill poolside at pousado or head into town to visit the restaurants, shops and bars (all nearby, easily walkable, and safe), you couldn't choose a better place to stay in Arraial d'Ajuda. I'm planning to be back in Porto Seguro next year, and I'll definitely stay here again, hopefully next time...

"Very smelly bathroom, weak shower with heating problems, breakfast starts too late, room service only until 8:30 pm, they didn't give me a knife and fork when I asked for them. The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the TV doesn't work."

Existem coisas que precisam ser melhoradas como: quartos do térreo não terem box, o que faz com que a água passe pelo banheiro todo, mesmo tentando colocar pano de chão. Café da manhã é bom. Tem reposição sim, pois eu ia comer todos os dias a partir das 9h. Restaurante a comida é boa. A piscina estava limpa e própria para banho. É um hotel novo, porém devido à umidade já possui problemas, no qual acredito que deva ter essa manutenção. Outra...
