Quarto limpo, funcionários solícitos. Cheguei de viagem e fiquei no quarto 249 antigo, painel de madeira, muito cheiro de mofo, pedi para trocar e me colocaram em um quarto reformado, tudo muito novo 242. O Hotel tem uma estrutura incrível, apenas uma coisa achei muito ruim e vários hospedes também reclamavam da internet é péssima. Poderiam investir em em antenas da Starlink, pois nem a televisão do quarto funcionava, ainda mais a internet local das operadoras, o local é ruim de conexão. Falei na recepção, queriam até me trocar de quarto, mas conversando com os outros hospedes vi que não iria adiantar. Preferir ficar quarto sem mofo! Fui a trabalho e precisava usar o computador e foi bem ruim, ficar 5 dias assim.

Pontos negativos: no hotel existem vários gatos, inclusive doentes, e eles circulam em todos os espaços do hotel, pra quem tem alergia como eu, é algo bem incômodo. O café da manhã tbm deixa a desejar por ser repetitivo. Pontos positivos: o hotel é bem limpo, trocaram nossas toalhas por secas todos os dias. Tem área kids com monitor, a piscina do hotel é boa tbm, atendimento educado, o parque aquático é ÓTIMO, e a área da praia tbm! Gostei bastante de ficar aqui, msm com as ressalvas do problema dos gatos !

O café pode melhorar em termos de opções. O quarto que ficamos é maravilhoso! Não gostamos muito do atendimento da cozinha... atendimento lento e comida deixa um pouco à desejar. Pedimos uma picanha que estava tão dura que nem com faca conseguimos cortar, reclamamos e trocaram nossa carne.

Já estive no hotel outras vezes, e sempre achei muito bom, mas dessa vez não estava tão bom como sempre foi. Vi que está tendo reformas, acredito que isso fará com que volte ao alto padrão das acomodações. Mas deixo uma sugestão para o restaurante, pois escolhi o hotel pensando no sanduíche/hambúrguer que já havia comido anteriormente, mas dessa vez estava bem menor e não tão saboroso quanto antes.

O hotel é perfeito para quem viaja com criança! Conta com uma área de lazer enorme, além de uma brinquedoteca super completa para os pequenos se divertirem com segurança. O espaço do bar também serve refeições, o que facilita bastante no dia a dia. O café da manhã é bem completo, com destaque para a tapioca feita na hora. Todos os dias tem música ao vivo, e nos finais de semana ainda rolam atividades e brincadeiras para as crianças. A localização é excelente: fica perto de tudo e bem em frente ao Tôa Tôa, além de oferecer guarda-sol na praia para maior conforto dos hóspedes.

Ótimo hotel, principalmente para quem tem criança. Recepcionista João Pedro extremamente atencioso e educado. O quarto era ótimo, somente a questão do hóspede não ficar com o controle do ar condicionado que é muito ruim. Eles deixam na temperatura que eles querem controlado pelo celular, muito ruim isso. A vista da praia é maravilhosa, a cabana de praia é perfeita e tem ótimo atendimento. Estrutura do hotel é muito boa, piscinas ótimas e o espaço Water kids, é o diferencial é bom demais, eu e meu filho nos divertimos muito.

O parque aquático é o diferencial para quem vai com criança. A praia em frente, barraca do próprio hotel e o restaurante da barraca são ótimos. A brinquedoteca era boa. Pontos de melhoria: TV do quarto não tinha sinal direito e a internet não era boa. A tolha de piscina tinha que alugar, o preço era barato, mas é confortável já está incluso. É uma boa opção para quem vai com criança principalmente pelo parque aquático.

Pontos positivos: quarto excelente, piscinas excelentes, as crianças adoram, educação excelentes. Nós Deixaram ficar até 14 horas no quarto, sendo que o check out era 12:00 Pontos negativos: não tem controle do ar no quarto, a luz ficava incomodando dormir demais, teve que chamar um técnico para desmontar o ar e tirar a luz. almoço demorou mais de hora para ficar pronto, caro e pouca quantidade. café da manhã muito fraco em opções. entra muita luz pela Greta da porta e pela cortina da varanda, incomoda dormir para quem é acostumado com escuro. da pra escutar o barulho dos outros quartos, sorte que levei ruído branco e amenizou
