Ok for a one night stay

A bit difficult with the lack of English here. The couldn’t find our reservation to get through the entrance gate (while in our uber). There was no explanation about any amenities on check in (no communication except us filling out a form with passport info, which was in English). The view from the pool area was lovely. Most areas seem to need upgrades (pool decomposition in areas and tiles, the rooms are very dated). Drinks were not too overpriced. Overall, ok for a quick one night stay before leaving for the airport at 3am.

Property is great, but not well maintained as of March 2025. Pool bar is derelict, some power outlets didn't worked in the room. Price is fair, but don't expect a 4 star experience. Restaurant portions were large, but food quality was average.

The property is around the corner of the Historic Center, a beautiful place that must be visited. NEGATIVE ABOUT THE HOTEL: there is a R$4.00 reais fee charged for each tower one takes to use in the pool area. This service should not be charged and if so, it should be told at the check in and shown at the Expedia reservation page. The staff at the front desk are impolite and need to be better trained for problem solve. If you complain about anything, the become upset. The towers for the bed rooms are old and uncomfortable. There is no shower cap.

Fui à recepção às 15h (hora do check-in) e o quarto não estava pronto e me disseram que poderia demorar até 30 min. Reclamei e me deram um quarto. Fui ao quarto e quando tentei abrir a porta constatei que o quarto estava ocupado! Voltei à recepção, me deram outro quarto e não recebi nem sequer um pedido de desculpas distância da recepção aos quarto é grande e eu tenho problemas de saúde para andar. O frigobar tem marcas de ferrugem e a mesa do quarto está com o tampo todo descascado. Tenho fotos.
