"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...
"Wonderful hotel! The room was very nice and clean, location was convenient (near the Ikebukuro station with restaurants near by), and the hotel personnel were lovely and kind! I will definitely book this hotel the next time I come to Tokyo. "

"Location is unbeatable. The hotel is right next to a Donki (Don Quixote) with a 7-Eleven across the way. More importantly, the hotel is directly across from Takadanobaba station, which is on the JR Yamanote line (JY15) and Seibu line, which will get you to any part of Tokyo with ease. You’re just a couple of stops away from Shibuya and Shinjuku if you take the Yamanote. Additionally, this hotel is also situated next to one of the Tokyo Metro (subway) stations, which is also convenient. There’s also a lot of local restaurants and shops nearby and a mall across the street from the hotel.
The hotel itself is newer, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant downstairs also serves a great breakfast. There is a small laundry room with three coin-operated combo washer/dryer machines (¥100 coins only). However, these laundry machines are frequently in-use and the drying cycle isn’t great for drying cotton. The TVs in the guest rooms tell you which machines are in-use and how much time is left, but in my experience, the status on the TVs were pretty inaccurate. I wouldn’t rely on that. You’re better off walking to a nearby coin laundry to wash you clothes. "
"My wife and I stayed in a newly renovated room at the hotel for 3 days in mid-August.
The Room
We chose a smaller room which was extremely well appointed despite being smaller than the average north American room. The room had been redesigned from the ground up and exceeded all of our expectations. The Queen size bed and bedding was very comfortable. There was a built-in desk with a mini bar as well as shelves that provided plenty of room to store items. The bathroom included a shower and tub as well as a bidet toilet. The bath amenities were also high quality and plentiful. All the staff we encountered were great.
Location
The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood near a mall and the main train station. There were plenty of restaurants and a 7-11 and Family mart a block away.
I would highly recommend the hotel due to its location, staff and room quality."
"It's pretty awesome to stay at the hotel with the giant Godzilla on the top of it. Unfortunately the terrace was closed while I was there but it did not take away from my stay. Great staff. Amazing location - short walk to Shinjuku station, lots of great eats around, and plenty of people gazing to keep you entertained for days. "
"The hotel is very clean, staff is amazing, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast buffet is the best. Theres a lot of options. There’s a restaurant and 7 eleven convenient store. Close to train stations, walking distance restaurants "
"The hotel was a very convenient walk from Ikebukuro Station and the staff was very friendly! The room was small but it was all the space I needed and the bathroom was fairly large and quite nice. I’d recommend staying here as a solo traveler in Tokyo!"
"Spacious room, great view. Also was respect for elderly say holiday and they allowed for me an early check in which was great as I was very tired travelling from Osaka. "
