The location cannot be beat - this hotel is just steps from the public beach access, multiple restaurants, the bus stop (free service to downtown Newport during the summer), and a short walk to the beautiful Cliff Walk. "Great location, very easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to free public transportation for Cliff Walking. So convenient. Room was a little dated and small. Beds were hard, wouldn’t have wanted to sleep on it more than one night. Loved the fire pits on the marina. Breakfast was good and pretty setting, and your receive $15 voucher at check in. We had a Harbor view room and it was very pretty!"
