"The location was great it was right next to Bowmenswarf. The decor needs updating. The beds were terrible. The rugs need a cleaning. Great staff. Our room was nice and clean. If they got new mattresses it would make a big difference. We would stay there again"

"Property and room were nice and a great location, however, housekeeping service came up short, as they did not come once during our stay, had to request new towels everyday. Also, the hallway smelled like trash at times. Would recommend for a stay in Newport."

"We stayed for four nights in the beautiful bayside room. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast with pro tips for what to do in the area that day, as well as the common rooms to hang out. The location is very convenient for walking to restaurants, the Jamestown harbor, and driving over to Newport. We are sad to leave and look forward to coming back."
