"I was pleasantly surprised to find the room truly clean.Well maintained- updated furniture,bedspreads, paint on walls not scuffed or dirty. Shades not dusty or stained. Completely satisfied and thankful for a great overnite stay. Staff was pleasant!"

"Definitely better than my last stay. The smell of the waterpark was improved, the water park itself was nice, and I appreciate when staff are nice enough to be open about certain things. For example, when my Hungry as a Wolf order wasn’t ready, they told me it was because they haven’t had any orders in a while. Despite the inconvenience, I appreciate the communication from the employees. I appreciate how much care the employees of Great Wolf Lodge put into the resort."

"Shower and bed we're great as usual, have stayed there before a couple times. Couple maintenance items I let the desk know, shower curtain rod, hair dryer that didn't work. Nothing that would keep me from going back. Clean room, how shower, comfortable bed, I'm good..."

"I love that we were able to stay in a townhouse during our stay. Truly felt like a home away from home with a full kitchen, dining room, balcony, washer and dryer, and even a fireplace. We had a beautiful view of the lake. And were only 15-20 min from Busch Gardens. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family"

"Our unit was fairly clean, but the bathrooms definitely needed some attention. Also, the toilets were very low and the bathroom is very small. Bathtub was extremely slippery. The two bedroom unit was spacious and we had a place to hang out with the other couple we were traveling with and also eat in our unit. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub although the chlorine was a little strong and the pool was not heated as stated. The activities were definitely underwhelming. Overall, it was a convenient location and a good amount to do but property definitely needs to be updated."

"Unbelievable value! Beautiful property well-maintained. Very clean rooms. It’s so nice to turn on the television and have everything work! The check-in process took a little longer than I would like… I arrived at 5:30 PM and check in time started at 4 o’clock, I assume it was their ““ rush-hour. I will definitely stay here again!"
