Very comfortable stay. Clean room, being able to text staff was easy and efficient. Pullout couch mattress was not usable unfortunately. It was too thin and slanted at a steep angle. Hot tub was cold. I’d like to return in warmer weather to use the outdoor pool.

The resort was really nice, staff was very friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying on the resort and we really enjoyed it. The only thing that really bothered me is our newbies in the bottom were really loud and didn’t care to be quiet. After a long day at Busch gardens we just wanted to sleep but got woken up multiple times my the noise.

The room itself was clean and spacious however the indoor hot tub and pool were a little on the ick side. After our first visit to the indoor pool- we all decided against going back. The pool was cold and the hot tub chemicals were a bit too high (stained my bathing suit). The staff was very friendly and we were asked if we wanted to do a timeshare presentation for a free gift. I tried to reach out once to the host the day before we got to the property and never received a message back. Parking was next to cottage which was nice. But from the online description of the cottage- it did not state that this was a 2 sided cottage like a townhome. The door inside that “divided” the 2 sides was as thin as a regular bedroom door and we could hear word for word everything our neighbor was saying. Could literally see them from under the door. There was a one inch gap under the dividing door where if we absolutely wanted to- we could have passed stuff under the door to our neighbor. Not sure if they were smoking on the porch or in their room but it stunk up the whole house. This part was not the fault of the property- but the poorly thin dividing door was. So for this fact, we will not be coming back to this property unless we have family to stay in the neighboring side.

The cottage was tight for two adults with a toddler and infant. Tub was unusable, tried filling the first night for babies to bathe and black gunk came out of the tub jets. Used in inflatable tub for the week-long stay. Was nice to have the amenities, and the property was very serene.

The amenities too were everything the kids love-pool, playground and putting course. The furniture needs cleaning as there were stains on the sofas. The kitchen wasn’t equipped well and the beds, pullows and linens were not comfortable.

My stay was great. The people on the resort was pleasant. The resort was safe and clean. if we need maintenance. They will show up with no problem. Also, they placed us in the wrong cottage at first. It was my first time going somewhere on a vocation and i was very satisfied with this place. Next time I will rent a second room to have the whole house to ourselves. The neighbors were good but with 3 ppl one area felt a little small so definitely need the while place next time.
