"Wir hatten ein Standard Mobil Home: Das ganze Mobil Home hat stark nach Urin gestunken - das war wohl das Putzmittel, trotzdem ist es alles andere als angenehme gewesen. Des Weiteren war es nicht sauber und überall waren Ameisen, Boden, Küchenschränken, am Kühlschrank - auch auf den Betten. Wir haben uns dann beschwert und haben ein „Upgarde“ bekommen - das war dann auch sauber und hat nicht gestunken und es waren keine Ameisen überall, trotzdem muss ich sagen würde ich hier nicht nochmal...

"We had a room with a kitchenette, there was a Carrefore close by so we could shop. Room and space was excellent. Pool was warm, deep for our school age child, but still a lot of fun. We used the bus to go to Disney and to get to the train to go into the city. Overall very impressed with the hotel."

"Room was clean, and spacious enough with plenty of hangers and a safe. Kettle. No fridge. Toiletries replenished daily. Rooms are getting a bit worn. Communal areas, stairs etc could do with hoovering. No lift. Buses aren’t very regular, maybe every 15 minutes. Takes about 15 minutes to walk via Disney Village which isn’t very attractive and very noisy. If you come by train it’s the same 15 minute walk. Staff helpful enough. Starbucks on site. Queues for breakfast looked long. €24pp."

"Parc was lovely, lots to do for the whole family, the vip cottage was a long way from the pools and shops, but we coped well with it, the cottage was ok, a few wear and tear marks, the coffee machine didn’t work, the filter coffee machine had no filter, neither did the shop, We was there during a heatwave and had NO Ac at all.. a couple of fans which did nothing at all, but again we managed well. We loved the activities and after spending a week in Disney is was a welcome break to just chill out for a few days and relax. I took my running shoes and had a couple of runs in the morning which was lovely and would recommend to other runners, overall a pleasant stay, although a slight warning, in the evening the shop becomes unbearably busy, be warned and get all supplies during the day, and don’t leave till the evening"

"Beautiful property with just a short walk to the parks and Downtown Disney. Only issue we had was the lack of air conditioning in both of our rooms. The rooms do have AC, but they’re not cooled very well. And it’s was the same issue last year when visiting with my brother in the World of Marvel New York hotel. If you’re a western visitor and been to other Disney properties, lower your expectations and just understand that Disney Paris doesn’t do AC very well. However, if you ask for a fan, they will provide one for your room. Overall, its still a great Hotel and clean property."

"The morning shift was not to good after a 12hr flight all we wanted was to check in we got there about 30min before check in time they asked us to wait a bit we sat in the lobby for 1hr and the girls in the front desk never let us know our room was ready if i would have never got up from the chair and asked we they would have never let us know our room has been ready…however the night shift was AMAZING they were very helpful, informative, kind and knowledgeable and very fast at picking us up and taking us to Disneyland"
