"Upon my arrival I had to kill 3 cockroaches. And the Ac unit did not work all night long. Would turn on and off. It was a difficult night to be able to rest. Front desk staff was not polite; I had went downstairs to ask for the WiFi password and he was very rude to me. "

They said it’s been a known problem which I don’t understand why they would place anyone in that room. The bathroom sink would fill when we’re were brushing our teeth and the constructionist the building was a lot. Honestly this was not of the Marriott standards we’re use to and the area of the hotel was questionable. "

"The room was definitely clean, jetted pool room clean and didn't smell. Staff was great I came to check in on crutches and the stay helped me with every step from the front desk to helping open doors it was amazing and very appreciative. "

The pool water was very murky and the pool itself was just not in the best of shape. The rooms were very dated and the listing didn’t mention the bed size because if I had known they were going to be twin beds, I would have upgraded to larger. "
