"Jesse has absolutely wonderful customer service!! He checked in, gave clear instructions and provided great suggestions. The breakfast serving staff was great, too!! Otherwise, there was a morning employee who sat at the computer (blonde with glasses) and others who didn’t even act like we were there — my husband and I had to initiate conversation and WE were the guests. I’d suggest you have Jesse teach your other employees how to provide a great customer experience and change that culture around."
