Friendly staff. Great location. Dive bar was run down but convenient. Hotel room was ok. The hotel needs some serious TLC but it’s not a 5 star hotel sooooo. Overall it was a good spot to rest up for a few days at the beach.

Play needs a major renovation , carpets are filthy in the hallways, I wouldn’t let a dog sleep on the pullout bed, beach access is OK. The outdoor bar is pretty cool. Other than that I don’t think I’ll ever go back.

Great location and view. This place is in desperate need of maintenance. Sketchy parking procedures. I have no issue paying for parking but it was in no way attached to my stay. All beachgoers paid for the same spots. Also, no mention of paid parking on the website or Expedia felt dirty.
