Literally this place was picture perfect. Accommodations were pristine and seemed brand new. Staff was friendly and helpful upon several interactions. Loved the pool also, huge! Boardwalk across the dunes to the beach was beautiful and easy to cross. No issues, would totally come back.

Great location and aesthetically very nice. Some staff very helpful to make things "right". The AC in our first room wasn't working upon arrival so they moved us on day 2. 1st floor rooms can suffer from noisy neighbors above. Rooms do not get dark at night, especially if facing parking lot. Heavier curtains are needed. No enforcement of "quiet time" except to "call the police"; not even a visit to ask noisy neighbors to be quiet. Hot water takes about 5 minutes to get to showers. Won't stay there again.
