"Hotel is located in a business district area with entrance door on a quite narrow street, not in the front of the busy street! Transportation buses no problem! Streets are navigable if youโ€™re traveling with big luggages but during peak hours around 9-10am and 4-6pm maybe challenging! The hotel is around 12 minutes away by walking to limousine bus station going to Kansai Intโ€™l Airport!"
