"Nice location. Pretty lobby with nice artwork. Staff very friendly, professional, helpful. Restaurants nearby, although they close after 2p for break before dinner. Hotel restaurant itself open until 4p with limited selection, but was tasty. Family mart attached to hotel so no need to go outside to go to a convenient store for water and snacks. Room itself is well organized and looked bigger than stated square feet. Good amenities which you obtain from hotel lobby. Complimentary water in the room was a plus. Def recommend. "

"I book two rooms. When we checked in by automated machine. Our rooms were not next to each other. Also, I would like to see a complimentary coffee or tea station in lobby. Places don’t open early in Japan. "

One of the biggest perks for me was the on-site convenience store (konbini). It had a surprisingly large variety of snacks, drinks, and essentials, which made late-night cravings or quick grabs incredibly easy. Above all, the staff were wonderful; they were consistently kind and professional, making the entire experience feel welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommended!"
