I also ended up losing my phone in Suzuka, and they took the time to call the restaurant for me to relocate it. I can’t thank them enough for their help and amazing service. "The location was PERFECT. I could not have had a better location. It was on the middle of everything. I would stay again because of where it was. The room itself was just that… a room. The bed was hard as a cheap futon and didn’t have any spring or softness. I felt my shoulder and hip bones digging into the mattress because it was so hard. I could only lie flat to feel any type of comfort. The staff was amazing and helped me navigate my travels. I just wish the room was better…"
