Staff very relaxed and accommodating. Facilities had lots of attention to little details that answer to dog owners' needs. We only at breakfast but the meal was exceptionally good. The dining area is well designed to allow you to enjoy the company of your pet. A "club" like atmosphere (facilities used to be a corporate villa).

食事は美味しく、all inclusiveもよかったと思います。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧でした。 唯一屋外DOGRUNは改善の余地があると思います。人工芝で入り口付近が傾斜になっており、たまたま雨上がりの翌日犬を走らせたら、入り口付近の傾斜の人工芝で足が滑って、爪を痛めて大出血、とりあえず付近の動物病院で応急処置だけしてもらいました。東京に戻ってかかりつけの医者に行ったら、レントゲンで関節炎になっていることがわかり、まだちょっとびっこをひいていて、治ってません。今後同じことが起こらないように、傾斜をなくすか、雨の翌日は人工芝に滑り止めの処置をするか何かしたほうがいいと思います。また、DOGRUNは実物は写真より狭いという印象でした。

犬の為にと、良く考えられいてとても快適に滞在 できました。 至るところに、トイレシートやマナー袋があったり、施設内の匂いもほとんどなく良く考えられています。 施設は古いですが、リノベーションされていて、只住まいは伊豆らしくて良いのではないでしょうか。 景色も良くて、温泉からの眺め最高です。 ワンちゃん大喜びなのが、伝わってきました。 個人的には、もっと食事のバリエーションがあると、長期滞在できるかなと思いました。 近隣にも、犬連れて行ける飲食店がいくつかあるようです。
