"We enjoyed our visit so much. One of the best hotels in Istanbul. The standard room is big and comfortable. The lobby is huge and the service is excellent. The hotel looks much better and more beautiful than the pictures. Location: around 10-15 minutes walk from Osmanbey Metro station. We have a car so moving from and to the hotel was very smooth. I recommend it. We will definitely come back again."

"Guest relations and concierge services & front office were excellent , was not at all happy with house keeping service. Coffee pods were not replaced , tissue boxes were not replaced , old juice bottles which were not consumed & we’ve glasses were not cleared. Spa is nothing great. Location is excellent."

"It was overall a good experience. Few things to note is that you have to ask for everything more then once. Kanan, Mert, hussain were nice to talk to and easy to communicate. Especially Mustafa who took care of you entering the hotel to exiting. Couple of things need to bring to management’s attention are fixing the Air condition and please switch it on when Hot. Bathroom fixtures requires some fixing please as the cold water doesnt come contentiously in the tap. Rest assured the accessibility...

"The location and the staff is what gives this hotel 4 stars, otherwise it would have been easily a three. The location is central and short walking minutes from all activities in the Fatih area. The staff were amazing, Alp, Farouk, Emre, Zeynap and the cleaning lady, all amazing and helped make our stay pleasant. Would I come back? I don’t think so. The facility needs a serious facelift to attract tourist and not worth the $240 a night! "
