Terrible experience
Worst hotel I’ve ever booked. No parking, no reception and no safety, the roads were really narrow and the area around the hotel was very dark we couldn’t find anywhere to park our car. The area was filthy with dirt and dust , when we asked the man about the hotel safety, he was rude and didn’t really help. There was only one picture for describing the hotel which was not clear. I think they should be honest when describing the hotel.

Hotel was clean, rooms are very private, no disturbance at all, room service when you ask for it, they frequently ask if you need anything in your room, and comfortable beds. Hotel has everything you need nearby. You can literally go for a long walk and explore a good part of Istanbul or the metro is just minutes away. They have restaurants and convenience stores were you can buy sodas, chips, anything you want. Personally I loved going to a local baklava shop and next to it Starbucks. Will definitely come back to this hotel next time I'm in Istanbul.
