"Lovely neighborhood, centrally located, and clean space. There was a helpful map included in the room. Most major points of interest in Kanazawa were a reasonable walk from the location. They ability to do laundry was nice after the busier parts of our trip. It is nice to have an option to sleep on tatami or a modern bed in the same space."

They then showed me around and proceeded to assist with carrying luggage up the stairs to my room, above and beyond customer service - as with everywhere in Japan. "Soki Kanazawa is a nicely appointed, modern hotel with small but comfortable rooms, great breakfast, and an amazing onsen. We truly enjoyed our stay and took advantage of the hotels proximity to the Omicho Market for lunch, dinner and the occasional snack. There are plenty of other sightseeing diversions nearby as well. The only thing this hotel lacks if a comfortable place to hang out when you're not in your room or in the onsen."
