"Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. All the staff were welcoming and very friendly and went out of their way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. Alessandra in Reception was especially helpful and the other receptionist stayed much later than usual, as we were very late arriving. The hotel arranged trips by water taxi and transfers to and from the ferry, making for stress free travel.
