Front desk staff did a fantastic job helping coordinate shipping missing luggage from a previous hotel as well. I’ll be staying here any time I’m in Nagasaki. ありがとござえましゅた！"

The onsen is also excellent, especially having an outdoor hot pool; wonderful to relax after a long day starring up at the night sky!
