I stayed for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice city view. The staff were very polite and made the check-in process smooth and welcoming. My expectations were met in terms of comfort and convenience. The only downside was that the bed felt a bit small, but it wasn’t a major issue for a short stay. Overall, a solid option for a quick trip to Nagasaki.

The daily basic housekeeping was good, with eco-friendly initiatives in mind. The staff were friendly, and with the new self-service check-in and our system it was pretty easy. However, apart from housekeeping I didn't really have much interactions with the frontdesk staff. There's a self-service luggage system as well with locks so if you want to leave luggage in the hotel pre-checkin or at check-out, you can do so.

The location couldn’t better—being right outside a streetcar stop is so helpful for getting around, and being right near Dejima is very cool too. Room was large and cozy, and we had everything we needed. I also really appreciated the self-service bag storage at the front, it was very helpful when we had a few hours left in the city after check out.

Excellent stay at the Bellevue

The Bellevue Nagasaki is a great place to stay! The location is excellent with the sights of Dejima, Chinatown and the harbor near by. The room was very clean, comfortable and economical. The staff was very friendly, too! Also the tram stop is right in front and it’s easy to take that to the train station and Peace Park.

The hotel is a fifteen minute walk from the station, or right next to the streetcar station, whichever you prefer. The hotel staff were professional and nice. Check-in was electronic, which took a couple tries to get right, but went smoothly once I figured it out. The hotel is right next to the old Dejima outpost, and a hop and a skip away from Chinatown. Very great location, and would recommend.

Nice hotel ! よかった！

The location is excellent, right near Ohato Station. Dejima and Nagasaki Port are within walking distance. There is a bus stop to Inasayama Ropeway station in front of the hotel. The historical site of Dejima, which reconstructs parts of the former Dutch trading post, was open when I visited and could be enjoyed in the evening. There are two convenience stores nearby, which was very useful. The staff were very helpful, especially when providing information about bus schedules. They were always available to answer my questions. The elevator arrives quickly, so you don’t have to wait long. There are also lockers available for your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Thanks to the hotel, I had a wonderful 3-day stay. I really appreciate the great service! ロケーションは最高で、大波止駅からすぐの立地。出島や長崎港も徒歩圏内です。ホテル入口には、稲佐山ロープウェイ乗り場までの無料送迎バス停があります。 オランダ商館跡地を一部再現した歴史的な出島の施設は、夕方以降も見学できました。 近くにコンビニが2軒あり、とても便利でした。 スタッフの方々はとても親切で、特にバスの時間帯について丁寧に教えてくれました。質問にも快く対応してくれました。 エレベーターはすぐに来るので待ち時間が少なく、荷物を預けられるロッカーもチェックイン前・チェックアウト後に利用できて便利です。 このホテルのおかげで、楽しい3日間を過ごせました。素晴らしいサービスに感謝します！
