Impressive lobby and facade of hotel. The good thing about this hotel is there is free bar with drinks and nuts for limited hours for guests. If you are allocated a room at the new wing, then you will have a decent room. Hence, please ensure you pick the room correctly. Walked passed the corridor of the old rooms and it feels wierd as it is such a mismatch. The 5th floor where the washing machine n dryer are placed are so quiet scary. Also it has a stench as there is no ventilation. The little open bath is small and has a short entrance, where you have to bend to get in. The rooms were heated via central controlat this time of the year. Thankfully, the staff helped to turn it off for our room, but still we felt hot and had to open the window to cool the room. Maybe the hotel should not be controlling the temperature of the room centrally as everyone has different preference and tolerance for heat or cold.

今回は2回目ですが、新館のお部屋にグレードアップして下さってました。とても快適で過ごせました。ただ、6時半の朝食で予約していたのですが、時間になっても用意できておらず人が足りなかったのかバタバタされていて、10分遅れくらいでやっと着席できました。 取りに行ける食事が並んでもトングや菜箸がなかったりと、とても残念でした。帰りのフロントスタッフの女性もとても事務的で残念でした。

友人と１泊、お世話になりました。 地元出身の友人の話では元は諫早の老舗ホテルだったそうで、駐車場も館内も広めで庭や大浴場もありました。 ロビーはソファがも多く、落ち着いたしつらえ。 24時間無料でお茶やコーヒーがいただけます。 時間限定でビールやワインも提供されていました。 おつまみのナッツもクオリティが高く、思わず長居 してしまいました。 今回は滞在時間が短く、タイミング的に大浴場は利用 できませんでしたが(朝は利用不可）、それでも十分に ゆったりした気持ちで過ごせました。 スタッフはどの方も丁寧で誠実な印象を受けました。
