"The customer service from Charles who said he was the General Manager was terrible. Ashton, another person who worked at front desk was also lacking. The room was full of insects, the bathroom amenities had serious plumbing defects. The kitchen had a stove and fridge but you had to source pots, plates, utensils (which makes absolutely no sense for anyone traveling outside of West Palm Beach), I was an international traveler.No iron nor iron board provided. My booking started on March 13, 2026. I got to the hotel a little after 8PM, front desk was locked at 7PM. I called the number on the door as directed and the man who answered said he couldn't help, I had to return for check-in 11 AM on March 14, 2026. That instruction wasn't given when I made the booking. Conveniently when I pointed it out to the General Manager, the information changed on Expedia to say check-in ends at 7PM. Imagine being left stranded as an international traveller because the hotel you booked didn't leave clear instructions on their check -in policy. Thank God, I had alternative options for the night. When I checked in on March 14, 2026, I was told I was a no show, not true! So, my original reservation was cancelled and my 10days stay, changed to 7 days.....I stayed until the Monday, when I was told by Charles to check out because they didn't have a room to replace the defective one I was placed in...I was only refunded 3days. This Hotel not recommended, it is not suitable for guests. Zero Star!"

"The pool was closed for lightning. The storm passed and the pool normally closes at 8:00 p.m. it was 6:00 p.m. I called the front desk and the concierge and they both gave me different answers as to why the pool was never reopened. It was 85° out and we are there for two nights. No pool... And they're absolutely was no lightning in the area. Tried to play ping pong the next day no one could find any paddles or balls... To employees unwillingly tried to help and never returned. The carpets are absolutely disgusting filthy old and and desperate need of replacement. The hallway was never vacuumed in the three days that we were there. The pool area is lovely but this property completely lacks attention to detail."

"The shuttle service was excellent if you don't rent a car. All of the staff are excellent from the front desk to the restaurant and bar."

"Yes, I the room was clean and the staff were very nice. We were not overly impressed with the room. I thought it was small compared to other hotels I have stayed in for the price. The hotel itself was lovely and the view over the lake was beautiful. The location was very nice too."

"Gym was not usable, as it was being used for storage. Nobody offered any concessions or solutions. I asked several times to have front desk escalate to management, no response. The breakfast was instant oatmeal and shrink-wrapped muffins. I will be avoiding this place unless I can't find anything cheaper. "

"Very unhappy for the price. Could not get rid of room mildew smell. Shower head needed replacement. Common areas neglected, cluttered with leaves and trash. Tv screen quality poor. Lobby smelled bad upon arrival, but better 2 days later. Almost moved to another hotel mid-stay, but didn’t trust a refund would be forthcoming. (Btw borrowed a key for another room, but equally bad mildew smell.). Shopping convenient and right on I95."

"They don’t offer breakfast, the room was not clean, asked for an extra towel and said could not help cause housekeeping went home, holes and stains in all linens. Called Hotels.com and the said that breakfast was not in the booking, they offer it on app but in reality they don’t at all, Hotels.com also said to complain to manager and the manager said that’s how all the rooms are. We also had 2 different people living in their cars staying on the property next to our truck. "
